Dr Dave Crocker
David Crocker, M.D.
Dr. David Crocker is a lifetime diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, and has treated thousands of patients at Tampa General Hospital, the Moffitt Cancer Center and the James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital in Tampa, All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg, and the Veteran's Hospital in Reno Nevada. He was director of interventional radiology at the Mobile (Alabama) Infirmary Medical Center.

Dave grew up in Kingsport, Tennessee, and attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, and served a four-year diagnostic radiology residency and a fellowship in interventional radiology there.

Dr. Crocker serves on the board of the Southwest Michigan Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union; the state board of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML); and the Kalamazoo Area Compassion Club. He has been qualified as an expert on medical marijuana by judges in several Southwest Michigan courts, and sits on the Michigan Medical Marijuana Program review board considering new qualifying conditions. He is a member of the Michigan State Medical Society, Kalamazoo chapter. He presented before the Kent County Medical Society (with CMEs) in 2010, and was a panelist at the annual meeting of the Michigan chapter of NALS/The Association for Legal Professionals in 2011.

Annette Crocker
Annette Crocker, R.N.
Annette Crocker, RN, grew up in Kalamazoo, MI, and was trained at West Virginia University. With a specialty in critical care nursing, she has served patients of all ages for more than 20 years at hospitals and medical centers in Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, Hawaii, West Virginia, Washington, and Virginia. Most recently, she was the Abdominal Transplant Nurse Coordinator at the University of Virginia Medical Center.


Our Clinic Staff


Lynne M. was the first staff hired at MHH, and is our check-out lead, making sure patients know their next steps in staying legal. She lives in Van Buren County with her husband.

Karina S. has worked various posts at every one of our clinics. She is trained as a CMA, and is a cancer survivor and knowledgeable patient and caregiver. She lives in Hastings with her family.

Blanca S. is a knowledgeable patient and caregiver. She is trained as a CNA, with over 15 years of experience and serves patients at all of our office locations.

Natalie is a business major at Western Michigan University. She has worked at Michigan Holistic Health since 2018
