Renew your Medical Marijuana Card

We recommend you apply for your renewal 60 days before your card expires. If you apply well before your expiration date, you won't end up with an expired Medical Marijuana card. The State must receive your application AND cash your payment BEFORE your expiration date.

ALL CARDS EXPIRE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH.

All renewals require an appointment at one of our locations. To request an appointment, click here or call 855-420-8100. Our fee for returning patients is $150.

If you have never seen one of our doctors before, we will need medical chart notes regarding your qualifying condition. Our fee is $200.
